Early Rio Grande Blanket with Light Indigo Blue

New Mexico Spanish Colonial

Wool | Item 2378

This is a particularly beautiful Rio Grande blanket with the simple (yet complex!) banding of unusually light indigo blue. The wool is soft and supple churro with the white being a creamy golden off white. There is some restoration along the sides. This blanket is in great condition considering its early age.
