Description: This unusual blanket, all done in a deep indigo blue with a creamy, buttery colored white weft, has unique attributes that may attributed it to Spanish Colonial manufacture. This blanket is woven in 2 halves and sewn down the center. There is also a front and back with the wefts rising up to meet the color change on the backside. A complex bonding stitch around the whole edge suggests Spanish Colonial influence?
