Navajo Ketoh or Bow Guard, Cast Silver with Turquoise

Here is a beautiful and well worn Navajo ketoh or bow guard. The silver has been casted with a central turquoise stone, set onto a ribbed platform that radiates with four arms top and bottom. The sides have silver nodules, four each on the sides and one each on the top and bottom. The commercial hide bracelet is original to the ketoh with wire connecting the ketoh to the hide. The hide is flexible enough to be worn.
