Description: This wearing blanket has wonderful, early churro wool.  The handle is smooth, soft and characteristic of this type of long fiber wool.  The indigo blue varies in hue and tone throughout, adding a layer of complexity well beyond the simple alternating bands of brown and blue.

Condition: This blanket was restored in the early part of the 20th century by the Fred Harvey Company, as is evident by the restored selvage along each side.
