This is one of the most beautiful New Mexico retablos with its carity and the power of her face. A halo surrounds her head. She is looking down and to the left, a calm and steadied looking face, the sword held on her left side. Her hands are clutched at her heart level, and these hands are full of contorted energy. She wears a red dress, cloaked with a deep blue cape. The background is plain off-white bordered by a simple, wavy line.
