Pair of Early Navajo Silver Hoop Earrings
Navajo
Circa 1900 | Silver | Item 2219
This pair of Navajo earrings is the epitome of early jewelry. A simple, heavy gauged silver hoop holds one silver bead for each earring. The bead is heavy, characteristic of the earlier examples. The holes into the beads receiving the hoop have enlarged over time due to use.
