Description: This dance apron has a well painted avanyu water snake in red and green .  The six “Xs”, in contrast to the perfection of the snake, or more gestural in nature. Tin cones hang from the crenelated border along with leather fringe.  The kilt shows a fair amount of use from the stains of paint and such.  The apron is sewn onto a fabric base with a wood stretchers.
