Pueblo or Navajo Rosary in Silver with Turquoise

Pueblo - Santo Domingo, or Navajo

Silver, Turquoise | Item 2492

Here is a beautiful and unusual rosary as it is either Pueblo or Navajo made and dates to 1920 – 1930. The cross shows Christ in relief form, almost like a ghost the image is so interpreted. At the juncture of the necklace with the cross drop is a triangular turquoise stone, of large size and beautiful qualities. The silver bench beads show nice wear at their attachment points suggesting much use.
