Description: This sewing bag, likely of cowhide, has a wonderful beading combination of turquoise blue, black, red/white hearts and white beads sparingly used along the edges and the flap. The bag has some older mends to the hide. Inside are found the original contents including: piece of calico, piece of shell, pearl bulb, token, tin for polish with old contents, token with very fine rockery engraving, 2 bundles of animal fascia used as sinew for sewing.
