This is a sweet, small, Cochiti painted drum. Black, white, red and green paints are used to delineate the spaces created by the hide holding the two ends together. The flat surface of the drum has a black border around each edge. The wear to the hide is evident. This small drum was likely native used by a tribal individual.

Condition Very good with one broken hide piece
