Small Sikyatki Bowl

This small bowl has decorations inside and out. The outside design covers about two thirds of the rim area. Here, a repeating Greek key ends on both ends with a ball having 4 spikes coming out of it. The inside has beautifully placed sprayed speckles just inside the rim going down towards the base at a 1″ depth. The interior bottom has a dark bilateral figure with 6 protrusions. The very center of this figure is open with no paint except for a dot in the very center. The bowl is glued back together with no evidence of infill or overpainting. It’s rare to find such a small early bowl like this.
