This is an attractive and small petaca used to hold personal items while traveling. The attribution of Spanish Colonial could put its making anywhere from the Southwest US to Mexico and points further south into South America. The front is decorated with cut outs of three crosses in a row. The crosses have a Maltese shape. Each end has a small handle. The lid is completely removable.
