A Pueblo Shell As Pendant

Description: This is an early and rare shell pendant.   A large hole has been created in the center.  This hole is surrounded with ten, round inlaid turquoise stones.  The top and bottom are the largest stones with eight smaller ones, each circulating the hollowed out hole in the center.  This shell is smooth like silk.  The wear and patina to it is amazing.

Provenance: A private collection in Albuquerque.  This was collected in the 1960s and  came directly out of the Pueblo.

Condition:  Condition is original without restoration.
