Description: This large storage jar has an elegant rotund form coming up to the top with a short neck finishing to a gentle flair of the rim.  The surface has a discrete undulating quality that catches the light in different ways lending layering and complexity to the bigger form.  The transition from slip to no slip is roughly mid-body,  and gives this jar a strong point of transition.

Condition: The base of the jar has some cracks that have been stabilized as seen in the final photo below.  There has been no overpaint done in the process and all surface is original.
