Description: Amazing early paint pot made from rock crystal.  There is a small, flat base that goes on the incline up to the rim. The rim has cuts into it all the way around.  The color used over time has become imbedded into the rock – so there is a soft, yellow glow to the whole piece.  The piece has a stand with a light below it to show the transparency of the strata.  The paint pot has great provenance, originally belonging to Larry Frank before going to Tony Abeyta and now my gallery.
