Date: Circa 1940
Dimensions: 54″ x 38″
Description: This is a both simple and complex blanket, or rug. The pattern is repetitive, but complex in its execution. It’s a two sided weaving in that one side reflects a darker palate, and the other a lighter one. The wool on this is soft and of high quality. The selvage is all intact as are the corner tassels.
Restoration: No restoration has taken place on this weaving as far as I know
